94% of this wine comes from 50 year old Sauvignon Blanc vines. The Sauvignon Blanc is concentrated and powerful. An addition of 3% Reisling and 3% Orange Muscat helps to tame the beast. A completely stainless steel primary fermentation and a total lack of secondary fermentation have kept the wines acidity crisp and lively, while balanced by a pleasantly full and clean mouth feel. Green Apple and lemon zest leap from the glass. Exceptional flavors of kaffir lime, lemon grass and sweet gooseberry.
