Gus Kalaris - Owner Gus Kalaris is the founder and owner of Constantine Wines, Inc a twenty-six year old wine distribution and import company that has enjoyed a great reputation for premium offerings. Gus is responsible for all purchasing , sales and marketing. Under his leadership, Constantine Wines has enjoyed decades of uninterrupted growth. Kalaris also has over 30 years of extensive experience building wine brands that compete in all ranges. Prior to starting Constantine, he held consulting positions with Mar-Salle Imports and Washington Wholesalers. Gus is a very outgoing and seasoned professional. In addition to his ownership responsibilities at Constantine, Kalaris founded AXIOS, super premium Napa Valley wine brand in 1999 to much acclaim. The success of Axios has spawned the WORTHY, TRUTH, and KALARIS FAMILY  brands. Gus, a Greek American, born in Washington, DC is fluent in the Greek language and dedicated to his heritage. Kalaris has received numerous awards and national recognition for his charitable endeavors and serves on many charitable and philanthropic boards including Cystic Fibrosis and the Cal Ripken Sr Foundation. His proudest achievement is the raising of his family. He, his wife and their two children reside in Maryland.

Robert Egelhof - Winemaker

Egelhoff and Associates is a consulting company specializing in winemaking and viticulture services. The main emphasis of the company is on wine making products of ultra-premium class varietals. Mr. Egelhoff oversees all projects and manages all aspects, which include viticulture practices, harvesting, processing, sensory, bottling, quality control procedures and compliance. Mr. Egelhoff strongly emphasizes his personal "hands-on" approach in his winemaking ventures.

Robert Egelhoff is a winemaker and viticulturalist from the Napa Valley with over 20 years of professional experience in the California wine industry. Mr. Egelhoff's credentials include positions with the following companies; Beckstoffer Vineyards, Harlan Estate, Pahlmeyer Winery and Merryvale Vineyards. Mr. Egelhoff has extensive experience with premium custom winemaking and has coordinated production activities for over a dozen nationally marketed brands. Robert Egelhoff is a graduate of the University of California at Davis where he earned his B.S. in Agricultural Economics and Managerial Science with completion of the Viticulture and Enology option of the Plant Science major.

Mr. Egelhoff is active in many wine and grape associations and is a past director of the Napa County Farm Bureau.
